How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Administrativecross Restoration should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Administrativecross Restoration
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, work, and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, a good first step is usually to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Administrativecross Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@administrativecross.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
